Submit
Mail it or submit it personally at the office — 183 Chokkanahalli, Madhure Temple Road, Bangalore North Taluk, Bangalore – 560089 — with the registration fee of ₹500 (UPI, or a demand draft payable to “Poola School”, State Bank of Mysore), along with all documents listed in the application.
Assessment
You receive a receipt in person (or a phone call for mailed forms). Our staff review the application and assess the developmental levels required for the requested class — based on age, previous syllabus and the information provided.
Interview
You are then contacted with an interview date, to evaluate your child’s readiness to attend the requested class.

What happens after I submit the application?＋
Our staff review the application and, if required, request additional information, then assess the developmental levels required for the requested class — based on age, previous school syllabus and the information provided. This is followed by an interview to evaluate your child’s readiness to attend the requested class.
How old must my child be?＋
As directed by the Karnataka Education Department: Pre-School/Nursery — 3 years, LKG — 4 years, UKG — 5 years, 1st STD — 6 years, each completed before June 1st.
Can I apply by post?＋
Yes — mail the filled application form with the ₹500 registration fee (demand draft payable to “Poola School”, State Bank of Mysore) to 183 Chokkanahalli, Madhure Temple Road, Bangalore North Taluk, Bangalore – 560089. You will receive a phone call confirming receipt.
